Hey! Welcome to White Door Properties

Nelson & Corine here, along with Nelson's sister Brittany, the family behind the white door. We're a family-run team that loves turning Columbus houses into homes guests never want to leave: Corine has the eye for design and staging, Brittany keeps every stay running smoothly, and Nelson handles the big picture (and answers the phone at all hours).

We personally furnish, stock, and care for every one of our homes, and we're just a call or text away throughout your stay. Because we live here. We can share the Columbus we love, our favorite breakfast spots, the best stretch of the Riverwalk, and the timing tricks for Fort Benning graduation week. We're excited to welcome you to our properties, and we hope you make yourself right at home.

How do I book one of your homes?

Simply send us your dates, group size, and preferred property through our contact page, or call or text us directly. We'll confirm availability, send you the total price, and secure your dates.

Why book directly with you?

Because you deal with the people who actually own and care for the home. Direct booking means faster answers, flexible arrangements, and a host who knows the house, and the city, inside out.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Need something different for a graduation ceremony or travel schedule? Ask. We're flexible whenever the calendar allows.

Do you allow pets?

Select homes are pet-friendly with a small pet fee. Let us know what furry family member you're bringing and we'll match you with the right property.

Do you offer discounts for extended or military stays?

Yes. We offer reduced weekly and monthly rates, and we're proud to work with military families visiting Fort Benning for graduations, PCS moves, and TDY assignments.

What's included in every home?

Every home comes fully furnished with linens and towels, a stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and starter supplies. Everything you'd expect from a well-run home away from home.
